The meetings schedule shows planned committees meetings, but some committees meet only when it becomes necessary, and some only meet in cyberspace (by teleconference or email).

The committee structure and responsibilities are defined in the Constitution and Standing Orders and Practice Book. The following is a summary - note that all committees report through the Management Committee to Council.
