NEW HOME FOR THE CA OFFICE

Our new home at Cheltenham is now virtually complete, and we expect the electricity to be connected by the end of the month. The move will be accomplished, I hope, in the week commencing 30 September, and the office will be closed for business for the whole of that week.

MEMBER CLUB FEE 2003

As permitted by the Rules of the Association this will be increased in line with inflation to a per capita charge of £6.10, based on the number of playing members at 30 September 2002. Please bear in mind that this charge is levied once only on each individual. Players who belong to more than one club should make it clear to their club secretaries which is their 'main' club.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Owing to the demolition of a large portion of the Hurlingham Club, the Annual General Meeting this year will be held at Roehampton Club, Roehampton Lane, London SW15 5LR, on Saturday 12 October at 11 am. For those travelling by public transport, the club is five minutes walk from Barnes BR station (about 20 minutes from Waterloo, frequent service), and a number of bus routes pass close by the club. Those arriving by car should park in the Visitors' Car Park to the left immediately inside the main gate.
