When we have an item in stock, for orders received before 10am we will normally be able to dispatch the same day, and orders recieved after 10am the following working day. Orders received on Saturday will normally be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). When we are unable to dispatch within this time, either because the item is not in stock, or for any other reason, we will always endeavour to let you know as soon as possible of the delay - normally at the time you are ordering.
If you prefer to order before you need the goods (e.g. for a birthday present it is often wise to order early to ensure we have the item in stock), we will be pleased to arrange dispatch on a particular specified date.
For some items we act as agents only, and the goods are dispatched and may be invoiced directly from our supplier. In these cases dispatch times and prices may differ from those given below, but we will be pleased to advise details when you order. Items falling into this category include: Barlow balls, Pidcock Hobbs and Percival mallets, Aldridge and Omega Hoops. Back to top
For delivery of small items up to 2 Kg, we use Royal Mail second class or standard parcel postage. For larger items and those over 2 Kg we use a next day delivery service. All postage costs are as shown on the pages for the item concerned, but where you are ordering several items together the overall postage charges are likely to be reduced, and will never be more than £7.00 in total, provided they can be delivered in one consignment.
For a small supplement (depending on weight), we can upgrade lighter-weight deliveries to first class postage.
Deliveries by courier will not normally be made on a Saturday. However, this can be arranged for a supplement of £15. Back to top

We do our best to make sure that accurate product descriptions are provided at all times. However, our suppliers do reserve the right to vary products without notice, and this can mean that in some cases descriptions become out of date. If you find that an item supplied does not match its description, please let us know immediately (whether or not you wish to return the item) so that we can update the descriptions. If you are not happy with an item we have provided because of an incorrect description, then we will be pleased to exchange or refund the price paid for the item (including delivery costs) provided it is returned to us in good condition (see below). We hope that by providing the right advice and descriptions, you will be delighted with the items you purchase. However, we realise that it is always difficult to be sure what you are getting, if you are not able to visit the shop and view the goods for yourself. We realise therefore that occasionally you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. Back to top
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the postage and packing costs. Back to top
You can always return items if they are defective, not what you ordered, or where the product description we have provided differs in a significant way from the items supplied. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. To return an item, please first call the shop to discuss the matter with us. We will ask you to wrap the package securely in its original box, and either send the package back to us, or we will arrange to have it collected.
