National Inter-Club Championships

All players must be individual members of the CA, except for the Longman Cup and Secretary's Shield.

Formats

In each round, one doubles and six single matches are played in a single day by a team of four.

Interclub	Level Advanced	None
Mary Rose	Level Advanced	Players with Handicaps of 1 or greater
Longman	Handicap	Players with handicap between 3.5 and 20. Teams must have a combined handicap of at least 24.
Secretary's Shield	Handicap	Players with a maximum handicap of 20

The Championship is a knockout competition. Each match consists of the following:

in the morning, three legs: the A & B players of each side play doubles and, at singles, C plays D and D plays C;
in the afternoon, four legs: A plays A, B plays B, C plays C and D plays D (all singles)
