Reg Bamford won the Golf Croquet Open Championship

Reg Bamford won the Golf Croquet Open Championship beating Ivor Brand 2-1 in the final and fulfilling his ambition to win £500 from Stephen Mulliner.

In the Open Doubles final, Chris & Roddy Sheen beat Roger Bowen & Tony Bower 8-7.

The consolation singles was won by David Hopkins.
