Tournament Conditions: The Tournament Conditions apply to all listed fixtures unless otherwise stated. See also the Introduction to the Fixtures Book.
Special Conditions:
For this tournament
  1. Play will start at 10 am each day, and may continue until dusk - except on 7 July when the Doubles Championship will start at 1pm and may continue until dusk.
  2. Regulation P4D1 will apply. An exception will be made during rain.
  3. Cheques to be made payable to The Croquet Association. Please note: all cheques will be presented for payment on receipt at the CA Office. Encashment of cheques does not mean that a player has been accepted for a tournament. Should a player not be accepted, then a full refund will be given, as stated in the Tournament Regulations.

Lateness Policy:

1st offence in eventUp to 1 hour lateNo penalty
each subsequent hour (or part) late1 game loss (up to a maximum of 4 losses)
2nd and subsequent offence in eventeach hour (or part) late1 game lost (up to a maximum of 4 losses)

Each event is separate, e.g. a main event penalty does not carry forward into a plate event (but note that the swiss is NOT separate from the knockout as they are both part of event 1). A doubles pair is considered a single unit for lateness. However, one player who is not late may start on time, deeming the other ball in play, and not incur lateness. The missing partner may join the game later but may not start to play until the opponents have started at least one turn knowing that he or she has joined the game. A player is late if he or she has neither reported to the manager nor is ready to play at the appointed lawn at the start of the match. Lateness applies to all matches, not just those at the start of the day. Excuses will not be accepted unless something affects a significant proportion of the players. This policy is to clarify the Manager's intent under tournament regulation M2d.

Parking is only available for players, not spectators.
