The WCF have announced the teams for the Egypt v Rest of the World GC Event to be held on 9 - 10 August 2008 at the Roehampton Club.

The Egyptian team contains three players who have won the World Championship(Golf Croquet) including current champion Ahmed Nasr and the Rest of the World team contains three players who have won the World Championship (Association Croquet) including current champion Chris Clarke.
Members of the Croquet Association and CA-affiliated clubs are most welcome to spectate. Play will start at 9am on both Saturday and Sunday and expected to finish at around 7.30pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.
Tickets are not required but please advise Tristan McIllroy at the Roehampton Club Sports Office if you intend to spectate, quoting the date of visit, as this will allow the club to plan for the appropriate numbers. On arrival, please say you are attending the croquet match and if arriving by car please park in the visitor car park which is on the left before you reach the barrier. Tristan's phone and email details are as follows, but the 'at' sign should be substituted for the hash.
