This is the popular game with the locals a dozen watching from the W boundary.  Rob is trying to make a spread with Blue for hoop 3 at the peg has to position it from further than he would like, I think he has got it.

There is something not quite right with the leave they spend a long time positioning their rush.  Obviously not that much Blue is instantly lifted to A baulk to shoot at he GB balls on the E boundary.  Just misses.  The home crowd will get to watch a TP from the local hero.

Lines gets a good rush to hoop 1 but plays it poorly to 3 yards S of hoop 1.  The take off goes to 5 feet straight.  Runs it with a very good shot, should finish from here.  That was a massive hoop stroke.

Ian doesnt get a go at the peel after hoop 3.

It is a reverse MSL GB have laid up on the W boundary.

Rushes to 3 yard straight peeling position after 2 back.  Plays to just roll it into good position.

Doesnt get a forward rush out of 3 back and knocks peelee out of position a straight double needed now.

Easy penult peel, has opted to have a ball at rover already.  Taking lots of time over it.  Plays it well peelee goes to 2 feet NE of rover.

Ian cant hit the side ball after the irish peel of rover.  bothe the other balls are equidistant  just over 4 yards S, i think he can see the oppo one

Ian doesnt get a good rush to hoop 1 rushes 5 yards S of hoop 1 slightly W.  Takes off to 4 feet straight this time.  Poor hoop stroke hits the middle of the left hand wire.

Doug hits approaches to 1 yard straight and only runs the hoop by a foot.  Very difficult looking 4 yard hampered shot.

Plays a sweep which missed giving Ian a 5 yarder at the ball which has missed.

Misses on the left with an ugly looking shot.  Goes out near corner 2.  Dougs shot at the hoop 2 pioneer is about 9 yards, partner is near corner 4.

Ian misses hitting hoop 6 going out on the E boundary level with hoop 3.  Doug has an 18 " yard line rush which he takes to straight in hoop 1 but he is for hhop 2 and cant easily get to the pioneer from where he is with anytihng other than a take off

Takes off to the ball on the boundary plays a good pass roll going to hoop 2.  Misapproaches hoop 3 from a couple of yards cant even try ity.

Doug goes to corner 1 with partner still a yard in front of hoop 1.  Ian has a 14 yarder from hoop 3 to hoop 4 which he hits.  You dont get easier starts than this!

Ian has good position after 3 peel is from not quite a yard.

Gets the peel, hes not going to be quick enough to stop the Americans taking the lead though.
