David Maugham won The Roehampton Invitational Championship

[<<] [>>] by David Openshaw
21-22 Aug 2004 (AC)

Matt Burrow was unable to play because of a flight cancellation. On day one, three games did not have triples, of these two had failed peg outs after three peels had been completed and in the other the opponent was peeled out over two turns.

The third game of the quarter final between David Openshaw and Mark Avery, their ninth game of the day, was pegged down when the sun unaccountably disappeared. Mark won the second game in under 25 minutes.
