Due to staff shortages, the CA office will not be officially open on Fridays for a while (although I usually check for messages at some time during the day). But please leave messages on the 'phone, fax or email and I will attend to them as soon as possible. Apologies for this temporary situation and normal service will be resumed as soon as possible"
