Golf Croquet World Championship 2006 - Reminder

We have now received a timetable for entries for this event and we have to confirm that we will take up our five places by the end of September and submit names of players by the end of October. To meet this target, the Selectors require the names of all those wishing to be considered by Sunday 9 October 2005. This is slightly later then published previously (see below).

To be considered, players should register their interest by either letter or email to the Chairman of Selectors before the deadline.

As stated above we are allowed five places of right, plus an entry for Derek Old, who finished in the top eight at the last championship. There are bound to be additional places via wild cards but the numbers available is unlikely to be known until November at the earliest. We will submit names for possible wild cards with our selected players.
