Where's my Fixtures Book?

Klim Seabright, Secretary of CA, explains when the Fixtures Book gets sent out:
The number one rule is that the subscription must be paid before anything is dispatched. I have also tried to comply with requests to have the books out earlier than in previous years. All those paying by Direct Debit are deemed to have paid by the beginning of January (the money is collected around the 6th January (9th this year).
So, the first groups for dispatch are all DD payers and all those who have paid by cheque or credit card (on line). This also includes Life Members and Affiliated Clubs. Overseas members have to pay by credit card unless they have a British bank account.
All DD payers, life members and cash/card payers were in the first group which started to go to the sorting office on the afternoon and early evening of Monday 9th January. More sacks were taken to PO on the 10th and 11th January.
I guess that some mail was still being affected by Christmas and New Year rush.
I have received only one report of postage underpayment - but, as I pointed out previously, I had guarded against this happening.
Some work remains: Chasing up those who have not yet paid; dealing with resignations; change of category and those who are unfortunately no longer with us.
The "packs" will be released as various issues are clarified and people pay their subscription.
I would like to express my appreciation to all those who formed my volunteer group of "dispatchers".
I hope this helps but if you are experiencing a difficulty please contact me at the CA office and we will try to remedy things - providing the subscription as been paid of course.
