Nelson Morrow won the September B-Level Tournament

The September B level was a bijou tournament with only fourteen entries this year. Is this lack of entries a common thing? The tournament was completed in bright but cool weather with fairly placid lawns. The flexible Swiss qualifier provided us with a last four of Nelson Morrow, Anthony Dix Dick Knapp and David Mooney with the final being fought out by Nelson and Anthony with Nelson ending up victorious with a strong finish
