The Croquet Association AGM is on Saturday October 13th at Hurlingham starting at 11.00am. This year the Council is proposing that several Rules of the Association should be altered. The most interesting of these concern introducing disciplinary and appeals procedures that will bring croquet into line with other sports. Details are on pages 9-12 of the July Gazette.

Presentations will be made - including CA Diplomas that recognise the outstanding contributions made to their clubs by four members, and to the Coach of the Year, 2001.

Don Gaunt, retiring as Chairman of Council, will be making his last Report to members and John Solomon will give the President's Closing Address.

Members have the opportunity to raise any relevant matters at the AGM, which will be attended by Council members who have their first meeting of the new session later in the day. So do come along to have your say, vote and to meet your croquet friends.

The AGM is being held at Hurlingham at 11.00am on Saturday, 13th October. Coffee is being served from 10.15.
