Congratulations to RAY BELCHER of the Southport and Birkdale Club, who has been appointed Grade I Coach, after attending the recent Coach Qualification Course, and being assessed whilst delivering coaching sessions by Bob Burnett, Acting NW Federation Coaching Officer.
