Chris Williams won the Cheltenham advanced weekend

Chris Williams beat the manager, Dave Foulser, 26TP in the final. Having missed his lift shot, the manager told your intrepid reporter that it didn't matter since he had won the tournament regardless of the game result. Unfortunately, due to a calculation error, this was not so and he should have taken more careful aim! Dave, has won the tournament on the previous three occasions to much controversy, many people considering it bad manners to win your own tournament ;)

Bernard Neal, at 80 years old, completed a TPO game against Craig Edwards almost certainly setting an age record for this feat in the process.

The food was excellent as normal, however the end was a bit abrupt since no tournament games were allowed to start after 2:30 on the last day.
