A free one-day Lawn Maintenance Seminar has been planned for Tuesday 24th June 2025 at York Croquet Club. This is free to attend for a representatives of clubs registered with Croquet England.
The seminar is for attendees to:
- Receive expert practical advice
- Share good practice
- Have an opportunity to ask questions relating to your lawns
- Free with complimentary light lunch and refreshments
The planned schedule is as follows:
9.00am Registration & Refreshments
9.30am Introduction & Welcome
9.45am Croquet Lawn/Court Maintenance & Surface Preparation
11.00am Refreshments
11.15am On the Lawn Demonstration
12.30pm Complimentary Lunch
1.00pm How to get the best performance from your mower
1.30pm End of Season Renovation of a Croquet Lawn/Court
2.30pm 'Turf Clinic' - Questions & Answers
