Middlesbrough Croquet Clubs AC Handicap Tournament was held at Albert Park, Middlesbrough on the weekend of 25^th & 26^th April and was won by Dennis Scarr.

Eight players signed up and turned up, with 3 being first time visitors to our Club.

The weatherman promised 'cool and dry'. Spot on with the 'dry' but rather underplayed the 'cool' - it was one of those 'several layers of clothing' tournaments.

Handicaps ranged from minus 0.5 to 24, all 4 lawns were in use and time limits were 'generous'.
