England were at Hurlingham today for day 2 of the test against Australia. 6 singles matches 1 v 2, 3 v 4, & 5 v 6 in each direction.

Mark and Jack were the designated late starts due to be available by 1pm.

James was efficient in putting the first point on the board +17tp +26tp. While that was going on, Jamie and Samir were each game up and Rob was ahead in the first game of his match. Samir and Jamie finished soon after lunch to make sure we couldn't lose the day and Mark made sure it was a winning day adding a fourth point on the board before Australia had managed to win a game.

Rob let Greg Hill (Australia number 1) back into his match and Greg had a tp in the third to avoid an England whitewash.

Jack with the later late start was the centre of attention for the afternoon winning 2-0 with a couple of triples.

5-1 on the day, 7-2 overall and England are confident that they will see out this test victoriously.

Roehampton tomorrow for three more doubles so the test can't be won before Monday.
