European Club League 2027 - Hosts wanted

The 2026 edition of the European Club League was the largest yet with 60 teams and over 250 players participating. Eight teams from seven different countries will contest the Grand Final at Carrickmines, Dublin (IRE) 9-11 October.

It is now time to start planning for 2027, the fifth season of the ECL. The first step is to find the host clubs that we need to hold the various Championship and Qualifying heats. We anticipate needing at least 15 host venues, your support in this area is crucial to the success of the event. Hosts receive free entry into the event and of course gain the opportunity to participate without needing to travel. In order to be able to host you need to have just two lawns, the format of the event is designed to give as many clubs as possible the opportunity to host. Heats should be held on a weekend before the end of July and usually the preferred weekend of the host can be accommodated.

When the heat venues and dates have been finalised the 2027 event will be advertised and entries accepted around the beginning of December 2026.
