Template Notices for Tournament Referees

When the CA was discussing the new international AC Refereeing Regulations, which have now been published, a poster was produced to help UK-based Tournament Referees. The idea was that these help interpret the new regulations in a way which is clear and simple, and fits with UK custom and practice. The first page is for Championship events, and the second for other events.

Feel free to tailor them as you see fit; these are intended to help, not prescribe.
