Further update to Tournament Regulations for 2011

During the update of the 2011 Regulations (which became effective on 01 April) to incorporate the new, internationally agreed, Refereeing Regulation, the adoption of the optional replacement for law 35(b) offered by law 53(b)(2) was accidentally removed. This provided for a replay if a ball may have jammed in hoops, rather than only if they remain jammed at the end of a stroke.

This has been reinstated today, effective from 29 April 2011, as a new clause P4(f).
