Online survey of Super-Advanced play

CA members who have or will be playing in events involving Super Advanced Play during 2011 - or who have decided not to enter an event because it is Super-Advanced - are invited to complete the online survey at the Super Advanced Play Questionnaire. If you play in further events later in the year you can update your responses. Final date for responses is 30th September 2011.
