The Men's and Women's Championships started in Budleigh this morning

After heavy overnight rain, play on Wednesday was not possible for the first hour or two, though the day finished in bright sunshine. Play was abandoned on most lawns late morning on Thursday, resuming after lunch. With much more rain in prospect, who knows what to expect!
