WCF Hall of Fame honours CA Vice-President Stephen Mulliner

The World Croquet Federation has announced that the 2012 inductees to the WCF 'Hall of Fame' include Stephen Mulliner and they have published this citation:
Stephen has been a top player in England for many years and has won numerous events worldwide.
In addition to his impressive playing record, Stephen also has an imposing record of service on many committees and was one of the people responsible for the current system of world rankings.
One of Stephen's greatest achievements was the winning of three consecutive tournaments at the Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards in California (1986, 1987 and 1988) against very strong fields.
Stephen has represented Great Britain as a member of their national team many times since 1979.
A wonderful temperament, good sportsmanship and excellent demeanour have made Stephen Mulliner the perfect ambassador for the sport of croquet.
