Colchester and Middlesbrough had arranged to play their Mary Rose semi-final on neutral ground at Nottingham on 22nd Aug. A family funeral would have left Middlesbrough without two key players though, and so after much fruitless searching trying to find an alternative date, the tournament director agreed to let us play a three-player match on 23rd Aug.
