AC and GC Inter-County Championships 2013

We have had prliminary entries of 22 and 12 counties respectively for the AC and GC Inter-County Championships 2013, there is, therefore, no need for a ballot or playoff. Similarly, as the entries are the maximum allowable, a CA Select team is not needed in either event unless there is a withdrawal.
