New Editor for The Croquet Gazette

Christopher Roberts has been appointed Editor of The Croquet Gazette, taking over from Gail Curry, with the April Gazette being his first edition.

Chris is a professional photographer and has considerable experience in sports writing, having contributed a rugby column for his local newspaper for many years. He also edited the Wasps Rugby Club newsletter.

He is chairman of both the Southern Croquet Federation and Phyllis Court Croquet Club, and is a member of Surbiton CC. Chris has played croquet for more than five years and is the director of the Golf Croquet All England Handicap competition.

Chris said: "I am delighted with this appointment and look forward to working closely with the Publishing Committee and the many contributors to the magazine."
