Selection Policy Updated

The latest version (R13) of the CA's Selection Policy has been published. The changes since the previous version are the deletion of requirement for recent top level play from clause 2; replacement of clause 7.2 to reflect the change from GB to England; and minor changes to clauses 7.6 and 7.8 which concern the AC Eights and GC Sixs.
