SGM Proposals, Voting and FAQ

[<<] [>>] by Dr Ian Vincent at Hurlingham
5th February 2015 (CqE Official News)

As published in the February Gazette, the CA Council has called a Special General Meeting of the Croquet Association to be held at the Hurlingham Club at 11:15 on Saturday, 28th March, to put these motions and associated constitutional amendments. Individual Members of the CA can vote online or by post until 18th March; Member Clubs (which have already been e-mailed) can vote by email or post; or both can vote at the meeting (with a membership card or letter of authorisation). An article written by Jeff Dawson gives the background to the proposed changes.

A working party has been set up to respond to any queries about the proposed changes in advance of the meeting. If you have any that are not already answered in this FAQ, please send them to its Chairman, Ian Vincent.
