Stephen Mulliner won the Yorkshire International GC Open

A strong field of 16 competitors included first-time entries from Stephen Mulliner, Mohammed Kamal and John-Paul Moberly and a return visit by President and Secretary General of the WCF, Amir Ramsis.

The competition was played in two blocks of eight, best of three against each over the first two days followed by quarters, semis and final on the third day. Those who did not qualify for the quarter finals played in bowl and plate competitions, which were also fiercely competed for.

The winner was Stephen Mulliner who turned around a loss in the blocks by beating Jacob Carr 7-3, 7-3 in the final. Jphn-Paul Moberly took third place beating Mohammed Kamal in the play off.
