Top NZ pair of Aitken and Chapman took early control of their match against Mulliner and Patel, and looked like making more POPs than errors. However the English pair's hitting kept them in the match, including hitting 'last lifts' in games 2 and 3. -15tp +17 +17qp

Maugham and Hopgood v Hogan and Shilling was more interactive, but the English pair always looked in control, and won +15tp +6tpo
