On a windy sunny day at High Wycombe, Camerton & Peasedown played High Wycombe in the first round of the Inter-Club Shield.

In the morning Camerton & Peasedown won the two singles but lost the double.

The afternoon saw Camerton & Peasedown take a further three singles whilst High Wycombe took the last single.

Play was very competitive with most games being decided on the best of three games, all very closely fought.

Camerton & Peasedown ran out winners against High Wycombe 5-2.

The many Red Kites flying above us provided the spectators to this most enjoyable match
