Croquet Association "C" Series completion

The first "C" series completion to be held at Ryde (IW) on the 11th of May 2018 was won by Stephen Hayns in a close 7 - 6 final against Elaine Salisbury.

There were 14 entries the majority being Ryde members with two visitors from the mainland.

The completion was played in one block with participants playing across a spectrum of handicaps that created an even balanced competition. The top four playing a semi final with the winners playing for first & second position and the runners up playing for third & fourth which were Harry Oldham in third and Anthony Prewer in fourth. The day was dry and sunny with the edge being taken off with a chill wind that visited us from time to time.
