Martyn Seal beat Elizabeth Bulbeck 7-2 in the final of the 2-round block play-offs to win the Treasurers' Bowl, the GC B-Level Series tournament held at Nottingham. Tom Grievson and Peter Tofield shared third place. Full results are at https://croquetscores.com/2022/gc/nottingham-b-level

After four late withdrawals, one on the morning of the event, the field was reduced to 20. It was drawn into 4 blocks of 5, with one cross-block game between those who would otherwise have been sitting out, with two rounds of inter-block play-offs, resulting in 7 games for those who stayed the course.

Conditions were dry and sunny, with the lawns speeding up as the day went on. It was clearly warm work.
