Aston Wade becomes the U21 GC World Champion 2023

Our congratulations go to Aston Wade who became the U21 Golf Croquet World Champion 2023. Aston beat Fawzy Helmy (Egypt) in the best of 5 final, 3-1.

We are very grateful to Croquet New Zealand for livestreaming the event, we all enjoyed supporting Aston from afar. The matches are availible on the Whakaata Maori Youtube Channel. Aston produced an outstanding performance, showing maturity and grace in his play throughout the tournament, from day one through to the finishing shot at hoop 13.
