P.J. Kirby beat Steve Comish +2 in the advanced play off after Steve finished four out of five block games with TPs, being the only player to triple in the event!

The final day was disrupted by heavy rain and flooding, and so two games were held over, one of which was played on 23 August, the other still to be played.

Event 1 (Open): Jonathan Kirby beat Steve Comish +2.
Event 2 (4+): Campbell Morrison and Stuart McKendrick tied on 4 wins each; tie-breaker: Stuart McKendrick beat Campbell Morrison +26.
Event 3 (8+): John Seddon beat Ruth Goudie to achieve 5 wins; second place goes to Peter Smith with 4 wins.
Event 4 (11+): Sheila Crearie beat Joyce Cowie +14.
Event 5 (Doubles): Peter Thompson and Jonathan Kirby beat Philip Eardley and John Seddon +15.
Event 6X (Unrestricted Handicap): Jonathan Kirby beat Jamieson Walker +6.
Event 6 Swiss: John Beech beat Jane Shorten +20.

Handicap Changes

Jonathan Kirby [may not be CA Associate] from 5 to 2 (5 to 4 by automatic system, 4 to 2 by decision of SCA handicappers).
Fergus McInnes [not CA Associate] from 9 to 8.
Malcolm O'Connell from -1 to -0.5.
