Rachel Rowe has become the 17th different individual to be a WCF World Champion. She is:
- the first English World Champion since Chris Clarke became Association Croquet World Champion in 2008
- the first English World Champion of anything other than Association Croquet
- the first new English World Champion since 1995 (Chris Clarke)
- only the fourth English World Champion
The other English World Champions are (all Association Croquet):
- Robert Fulford (1990, 1992, 1994, 1997 & 2002)
- Chris Clarke (1995 & 2008)
- John Walters (1991)
