Find a Coaching Course
If you are new to croquet, a nearby club will offer beginners' coaching.
The following Coaching Centres offer a wide range of coaching courses for players of all abilities and in all codes:
- The Croquet Academy at Southwick, West Sussex
- The Northern Croquet Academy at York
- The Chiltern Academy at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
You can find details of their courses on their websites (linked above) and from the Fixtures Calendar (see below). There are separate lists below for Golf Croquet and Association Croquet (including Short Croquet) courses. The Fixtures Calendar display shows only courses remaining this season: for a fuller picture click on 'Display options: Choose Year' and select one to show the full list of courses at the three Academies for that year.
The Budleigh Croquet College at Budleigh Salterton, Devon offers a range of courses for players within the SW Federation. Some other Federations and clubs also offer some coaching courses open to others in the area: check with your Federation Coaching Officer to see whether there is anything in your locality.
