AC Laws Quiz

Ray plays Yellow and takes off from blue to a point very near the boundary. Unfortunately the boundary isn't perfect, and there is a fainter inner line and a brighter line on top of it and further out (off the lawn). Yellow overlaps the faint line but does not overlap the brighter one. Is the ball off the lawn?
