1st June 2013 (International)

In glorious weather and on courts in great condition, 12 out of 13 England players have reached the knockout phase of the European GC Championship. They are joined by three Swedes and Cliff Jones (representing Wales). Stephen Mulliner is in prime form, being the only player to win all his seven block matches (best of three, 13 points) without even dropping a game. The other three blocks were also all topped by English players: Nick Cheyne, Howard Cheyne and Tim King. The latter two each only dropped two games in winning all their matches. The round of 16 and quarter-finals take place today and the semi-finals and final are tomorrow (Sunday 2 June).

The knockout draw is available on CroquetScores.com.
